" The Brink started a small mid Missouri based band with Tony Taylor on lead guitar and David Borchers on drums they made the first album with Chuck and Kevin but soon left the band to pursue other adventures. Kevin and Chuck then got John Sudduth and Jeff Paulic to replace them and recorded the album Mistreated Again. John and Jeff had conflicts with trying to play in the band and continue to go to college. Finally they left the band and Chuck and Kevin toured with fill ins for a while until they both decided to both do other things. Chuck went on to play in his band Shadowed Fate and go to college in L.A. Kevin started on raising his growing family. Then Kevin decided he wanted to record some more tunes. He decided to see what Chuck was up to. Chuck being busy running his family business with his wife Michelle and raising their son Joseph said Why Yes I'll go back to the studio with you. So Kevin and Chuck are going back to the studio some time as soon as every one can get together. "
