The Handmedowns band is a group of young and upcoming local celebrities just waiting to be discovered by the masses of the punk world. In their own minds they have already conquered the music world and will shortly be crowned masters of the universe.
Well, thats the impression I got from glancing over their myspace site. Actually, the fellas sound pretty good with a strong drum line and classic punk guitar. They are part of a growing punk scene in Springfield and certainly look like they put on a good show. The lyrics are great, and the songs are put together very well. I would love to stop in and see the guys, but dont wait on me, check them out for yourself and please let me know what you think!
