Mi Dixie Wrecked is a combination of two very old friends and one sorta new guy. Kip Moeller takes care of vocals, and guitar. Dan O, aka Dan Pyland also does vocals and bass. The new guy, Ryan is on drums, and has helped to bring this band together better then ever before. While the band has been together for about 10 years, Ryan cane on board full time just a year or two back. The band already had two albums out in 1996 (So Why Don't You Lick It) and late 1998 (ParapheNAILya). A third album, their best yet I was told, should be out before the end of the year.
Given the opportunity, this is a band I would love to see play again. They are a lot of fun to hang with, put on a great rock show, and kick back some great memories of a lot of the old bands that made it big in the 80's. They have serious skills, and even better, some serious experience playing together.
