Amsterband is a unique group who sings about everything from relationships to political idealism. They have a clean tight sound, and a style that reminds me of several bands from the 80's like REM and even a touch of U2. They do play in Springfield on a regular basis, and are always booking shows in the central states region spreading their influence and style.
